Returns & Shipping


  • Most credit/debit card orders received by 3 PM Pacific Time Monday through Thursday within the contiguous United States are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, and major holidays may delay us a little further. Exclusions to our shipping times include international orders, orders placed on Friday through Sunday, orders for Puerto Rico and APO addresses and orders placed prior to and during major US holidays.


  • PLEASE NOTE- For our US customers in the contiguous 48 states the actual time in transit with the shipping carrier is usually 2-8 business days after we have shipped your parcel, however this will vary from state to state and if you need the items immediately please select 2 day or 3 day UPS services, and if you need Next Day or UPS SonicAir please contact us before 10:30 AM Pacific Time.


  • Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day UPS shipments represent the actual time in transit on business days only. Please allow one additional day for processing, packing and shipping, excluding weekends. Therefore if you place an order on Monday and select 2 Day Air shipping you will not receive your parcel until Wednesday.

Shipping Rates


All rates are calculated in real-time (by UPS or USPS) on our site during the checkout process. If you have added items to your shopping cart you will also be able to see estimated shipping rates before proceeding to checkout.


International customers may receive a separate bill for duties and GST from FedEx.All shipping charges are estimated. Actual shipping charges may vary.

Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes outside the US.



Our guarantee to you…If for ANY reason you are unhappy with the products you received, please send them back to us within 30 days of the invoice date for a full product refund, with NO questions asked!   • We do not charge a restocking fee
  • We do not require you to contact us beforehand, nor do we require you to get a “return authorization” from us
  • You have up to 30 days of the invoice date to return merchandise
  • Returns within our policy are not questioned for any reason

When sending us returns, we would appreciate it if you could provide a short explanation (although not necessary) for the reason of return. This helps us to better understand our customers needs and complaints and assists us in developing better products. When returning items you have two available options.

  • You may ask for a Beauty Bea store credit redeemable on your next order
  • You may ask for a refund to your credit card, or if you paid for your order with a check/money order we can issue you a refund from a company check


Refunds and credits for returned merchandise will be issued only for the amount of material returned. We are unable to accept returns for international orders and special orders.

All shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of Beauty Bea. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the invoice date to qualify for a return.
